Nikon Coolpix 7900 Reviews from camera owners

Bought the Nikon Coolpix 7900 because of all the settings and the high resolution to replace my old Canon Digital Elph SD400 when it was damaged underwater. Also thought that Nikon name would produce a great camera. Boy, was I mistaken. After a few months of use, sold it. Went back to Canon (SD 700) and what a relief and difference in quality and image results, even with lesser megapixels. The Nikon 7900 was awful in low light, very slow in taking the shots in any light, lots of camera shake because of slow shutter. Automatic settings didn't work as set. Example, backlight better than flash setting when flash called for, etc. Very disappointing. Felt cheaply made also. Heard of problems from others after purchased and didn't believe it. Do Now !
