The Jenoptik JD 5200 z3 is a good quality camera, the camera has shutter
and aperture priority along with manual and program modes. The lens quality
is outstanding and the camera has a good solid feel about it though, in
common with some of the other Jenoptik range the battery cover is suspect.
Auto focus is rather hit and miss in low light conditions and can be very
frustrating. The film speed settings of 100, 200 & 400 are about all you
will need though the 400 setting is rather grainy. Annoyingly having set
the film speed manually and the camera goes auto off you will have to reset
every time. Suffers from lack of filter screw thread and the LCD scratches
all too easily. Good quality camera but not for the inexperienced.
