|Fujifilm FinePix V10 digital camera
Should I have to describe the Fujifilm FinePix V10 in one word, it is "unusual" that springs to mind. However, let us remind you this is meant solely in the positive sense of the word! After all, the Fuji FinePix V10 offers the user true value for money. The image quality is truly superb, and will undoubtedly be appreciated by a large group of (prospective) owners. Another remarkable asset is the option to capture photos with the 1600 ISO setting, which flawlessly copies the atmosphere from the actual moment of recording to the end result. And what to think of the game option? It makes us wonder what else we may expect from Fujifilm in the future!
Fujifilm V10 - Good colour rendition
Fujifilm have gained plenty of experience from their many years in digital photography, and the combination with their knowledge of film ensures the image quality of the Fujifilm FinePix V10 will keep any user happy. The colour rendition is excellent; not too saturated and pleasantly neutral. The colour options accessible via the F-button enable you to simply put "another roll" into the camera. This means the colours can be easily adjusted to your own preference. Up to ISO 400, noise does not really play a part, although Fujifilm do have to put in effort to control the noise with higher ISO values. This may occasionally leave traces, but as mentioned earlier, these are undetectable in a print.
Fuji FinePix V10 - 3 inch LCD monitor
The Fujifilm FinePix V10 is a digital camera I found much to my liking. Granted, you are not presented with many setting options, but that is not the main point of this type of cameras in the first place. All features that can be set, however, are easily accessible, and the camera features a swift and simple operation. The large 3 inch monitor plays a large part in this; it makes it so much easier to see what you are doing, and although that may seem a little obvious, it is simply how things are. If necessary, you may opt to activate a raster to improve the composition. A definite asset is the fact that the Fujifilm FinePix V10 is a camera that reacts particularly fast. Not only is it ready for action only instants after pressing the main switch, it also features a remarkably short shutter release lag. To complete the picture, the camera also enables you to capture great series of images. Overall, it seems to me the Fujifilm V10 offers its target group more than enough to work with.
Fujifilm FinePix V10 - Great lens
I have nothing but praise for the small lens, which really does live up to its promise. It produces sharp images that are rich in detail, and is virtually free of distortion. Typical issues such as chromatic aberration simply do not occur with this camera, and the combination of the excellent white balance and light metering ensures the Fujifilm V10 offers an extraordinarily strong digital combination. It goes without saying that the large format 3 inch screen is simply a joy to work with. As a result, you are more likely to share the stored photos when surrounded by your friends and family, which allows you to relive the exact moment of capturing time and time again on a large format (that is: for camera standards) screen.
Fujifilm V10 - User friendly digital camera
All in all, the Fuji FinePix V10 leaves very little to be desired. It is simply a pleasant and user-friendly camera to work with, one that attaches particular value to ease and convenience, whilst producing fantastic images. What more could you possibly want? Fujifilm are quick to answer this question for you, and have added several games as an extra asset. Perhaps not the most important feature of a camera, but without question a fun addition. Once again, Fujifilm offer us a glimpse as to where the future is headed. As for us, we are set to go! Are you?
