Fujifilm FinePix F30 - Image noise
According to Yin Wong: "You can set the ISO on the Fujifilm F30 from 100 to 3200. Images at ISO 100 to 400 are clean and virtually noise-free. Noise starts to be noticeable at ISO 800. ISO 1600 can sometimes still be usable especially in regular-sized 4x6 ini. prints. At ISO 3200, the presence of noise takes the form of coloured splotches. As our image samples show, image quality at ISO 1600 and 3200 is not bad at all if you restrict yourself to web display or regular sized 4x6 in. prints.
Fujifilm F30 camera - LCD monitor
Yin Wong continues: There is no optical viewfinder but a very nice and extra large 2.5 in. LCD monitor with a high 230,000 pixels resolution. It's one of the best LCD monitor I've used. It has an anti-glare coating that works extremely well, even in bright sunlight, and, if further needed, the LCD monitor can be conveniently and quickly brightened with a press of the UP ARROW key. The LCD has a fast enough refresh rate for a smooth display in good and low light. The LCD also gains up well in low-light." You want to learn more about the Fujifilm FinePix camera? About Photoxels
Photoxels was founded in 2002 by MyKhanh Wong (Owner, Editor) and Yin Wong (Contributing Editor), the editors behind Photoxels. In 2001, we went on the Web to learn about digital cameras like everyone else. But it seems that the more we read about digital cameras, the more reviews we scrutinized, and the more we searched... the more confused we became. If we were somewhat confused about which digital cameras to buy before visiting the digital camera review sites, we became even more confused after reading most of the (very) technical reviews. Slowly, one article and one review at a time, we pieced together what were really important to know about digital cameras and clarified many of the digital photography-related terminology. We decided to share what we learned on the Internet, and Photoxels was born.
