 Online photo gift service Lycos PhotoLab : Digibug Express, Inc. announced today that Lycos PhotoLab, the new online photo prints and gift service from Lycos, is powered by the Digibug Photo Commerce Suite. Lycos PhotoLab is developed and operated by Digibug Express as an ASP (Application Service Provider) solution for photo printing from Tripod and Angelfire members’ photo albums. “We teamed up with Digibug for Lycos PhotoLab because of their flexibility for integration with our site technologies,” said Jamie Riehle, director of product management for Lycos, Inc. The Digibug Photo Commerce System enabled us to quickly add a comprehensive Lycos-branded photo store to Tripod and Angelfire, saving us significant time and effort.

Digibug's willingness to support our integration requirements, through their open Digibug API, has helped to make this a very successful launch.” The implementation of the Digibug-powered Lycos PhotoLab can be seen on Tripod and Angelfire member albums. Clicking on the “Print Photos” link opens the Lycos PhotoLab service. Consumers can order everything from standard photo prints to posters, aprons, and even hockey pucks featuring the images found in member albums.
