SamsungSamsung releases Galaxy Note 8 on August 26 : Every day new information is spread on the internet about the Galaxy Note 8. The latest information comes from South Korea indicating a launch date of August 26, 2017. The new premium smartphone will likely be presented in New York. Although it was generally assumed that the Note 8 will be presented in late August, it is remarkable that this date falls on a Saturday, as long as Samsung has not confirmed anything, it is still speculating of course. Earlier rumors indicated the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will be introduced at the IFA 2017. This international fair will be held in Berlin from 1 to 6 September, at least we may assume that the new top gear will be put on display there.

In any case, Samsung seems to choose the strategy to release the Note 8 before Apple announces its iPhone 8. In addition, the Nokia 9, the LG V30 and the Huawei Mate 10 are all expected around the same time. One for one premium phones with an equal premium price tag.

Further information indicates the Note 8 sports a 6.3-inch Infinity display. The Samsung Note 8 gets very narrow bezels, similar to the Galaxy S8.

Also the processor will be equal to the S8, it is the powerful Snapdragon 835. Hopefully, the memory will be increased to 6GB of RAM.

When it comes to mobile photography, the Note 8 seems to bring renewal. Various information tells us that the new Samsung phablet incorporates a Dual Camera, with a 12 megapixel wide-angle lens and a 13 megapixel telephoto lens. The camera also offers 3x optical zoom, dual 6p lenses and dual OIS.

In addition, the Galaxy Note 8 seems to feature Dual Speakers for a better audio experience. Of course, the S Pen will be part of the new Note phablet as well.
