Canon EOS Rebel T7i / EOS 800D SLR camera : Canon today unveiled a new interchangeable lens camera, called the EOS 800D in Europe and EOS Rebel T7i in the USA. The camera is designed for beginners, but also demanding photographers. In terms of specifications, the Canon 800D looks much alike its big brother, the EOS 77D. But the EOS Rebel T7i is characterized by a user friendly operation with a guided interface, to gain more photography knowledge in a playful way. At its core is a 24.3 megapixel image sensor set with a powerful Digic 7 image processor. The bright 3" display with 1,040,000 pixels has touchscreen functionality and is also tiltable, for additional creative shooting possibilities. By tapping the screen, you can easily determine the focus point.
Canon EOS Rebel T7i camera
The Canon EOS T7i features an impressive AF system. When you shoot through the LCD, it is possible to focus on a subject in just 0.03 seconds. The Dual Pixel CMOS AF with 45 cross-type AF points is not only fast, it also tracks the subject precisely to take sharp action shots. The camera can record up to 6 frames per second. In addition to the touchscreen display, there is also a built-in optical viewfinder with a frame coverage of 95%. The EOS Rebel T7i doesn´t only take beautifully detailed and vivid pictures, the Canon SLR also features a Full HD 60p video function with 5-axis image stabilization to compensate for camera shake. Furthermore, it is easy to share recordings via WiFi, Bluetooth or NFC.
