A marvel of craftsmanship and engineering that combines the beauty of Zen, unprecedented performance, sharp vision and a seamless and intuitive user interface, designed to be your best companion during the day. When designing the ZenFone 2 Laser, we started with you in mind. As a result, ZenFone 2 Laser has a highly-intuitive control layout, incorporating a physical rear key as part of the new Ergonomic Arc design. The elegant new shape feels secure and extremely comfortable to hold.

ZenFone 2 Laser’s 13MP PixelMaster camera with its f/2.0-aperture lens captures stunning, high-resolution pictures with zero shutter lag. The brand-new laser-autofocus feature greatly reduces blurring and enhances image stabilization, and the industry-leading Low Light mode employs pixel-merging technology to capture up to 400%-brighter photos at night or in low-light scenes - all without the need for a flash. Backlight (Super HDR) mode lets you see clearly through daytime shadow and Super Resolution mode helps you to capture detailed images at resolutions of up to 52 megapixel. ZenFone 2 Laser’s rear camera has laser auto-focus technology for the fastest possible clarity. ZenFone 2 Laser’s laser beam measures distances at lightning speed - and that means near-instant focus as fast as 0.03 seconds, especially in dim light conditions. The laser auto-focus even accelerates close-ups photography, compensating for the extra distance created by the lens receding during framing.

Super High Dynamic Range

Super High Dynamic Range
PixelMaster backlight (Super HDR) mode automatically captures multiple shots of the scene in the viewfinder, and processes these using Asus Pixel Enhancing imaging technology. This expands the dynamic range by 4 times to give the final picture up to 400% more brightness, along with improved color contrast and detail to ensure the photos you capture in any scene with strong back-lighting look totally natural. Super High Dynamic range technology automatically adjusts the ratio of maximum contrast (the brightest point to the darkest point of the image) to enhance the ability of framing features and shapes of the subject, improving the detail of darker areas. With WDR, you capture clear photos even under the most challenging lighting conditions. Zero shutter lag means you’ll capture the photo you want without missing a moment. With the Asus ZenFone 2 Laser guided camera phone everything you shoot is caught in real time, so you’ll snap the bright sparkle of the most beautiful firework, the cheeky smiles of the wriggliest infant and the shooting star that’s passes by in the blink of an eye.

Low Light Photography

Low Light Photography
With this special wide-angle mode, Asus ZenFone 2 Laser f/2.0-aperture lens and 85-degree field of view, you can capture panoramic selfie to up to 140 degrees. Snap yourself and all your friends together. Simply follow the instruction to slightly rotate your Asus ZenFone 2 Laser from left to right which up to 140 degrees of your surrounding can be captured. Selfie with more than 10 friends at once is as simple as that. Through a combination of pixel-merging technology, which joins four adjacent pixels to form a new pixel, and advanced image-processing algorithms, Low Light mode increases light sensitivity by up to 400%. It also enhances noise reduction and boosts color contrast by up to 400%, for clear and bright low-light shots with no need for flash.

In addition, Asus ZenFone 2 Laser’s Beautification mode makes you or your subjects even better looking before your eyes. Just let ZenFone 2 Laser balance facial features, soften complexions and remove skin blemishes to create flawless photos - and all in real time!
