LG ElectronicsLG G Pad tablets : LG Electronics is expanding its line of G Pad tablets with the introduction of LG G Pad 7.0 and LG G Pad 10.1. Both are WiFi enabled tablets that run Android 4.4 KitKat and feature LG's new simplified UI, recently introduced in its latest flagship device, the LG G3. The Perfect Pair With QPair 2.0, users will be able to tether any smartphone running Android 4.1 or later with LG G Pad 7.0 and LG G Pad 10.1 tablets, to seamlessly receive and reply to notifications as well as take calls across devices. For example, receive and reply to SMS and MMS messages, plus answer an incoming call and have a phone conversation using the speaker on the tablet. QPair 2.0 also allows users to sync QuickMemo notes taken on-the-go.

LG G Pad 7.0 and LG G Pad 10.1 incorporate a unibody design that is lightweight and fits comfortably into the palm of your hand. Under the hood, LG G Pad 7.0 and LG G Pad 10.1 will provide the same reliable performance that has come to be acclaimed in its predecessor, LG G Pad 8.3. Both feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Coupled with LG's IPS HD Display technology, which provides crisp and sharp images with true-to-life colors, the processor makes gaming, watching videos or even browsing the web and multitasking easy and lightning fast.

LG Knock Code, an evolution of KnockON that was first announced on the acclaimed LG G2 and carried over into many of LG's devices, allows users to personalize a knock sequence within four invisible quadrants on the tablet's display. Users can customize more than 86,000 combinations to feel more confident about their device's security. Simplified UI for Better Productivity On LG's new line of tablets, users will see a new, simplified UI, which was first introduced on LG G3. This means a more visually appealing aesthetic with flat icons that are grouped together for easier navigation.

To help consumers be more productive on their tablets, LG G Pad 7.0 and LG G Pad 10.1 feature Smart Keyboard. Part of LG's refreshed UI, Smart Keyboard is a new keyboard designed for ease, speed and accuracy in your hand. Adaptive technology learns as you type for faster input and fewer mistakes. Smart Keyboard helps reduce input errors by tracking and analyzing typing habits, intuitively "knowing" what word the user intended to type. The height of the keyboard can also be adjusted to better fit the user's hands and position of the thumbs, important for those seeking a new tablet experience.

LG G Pad 7.0 will retail at an suggested retail price of $149.99 and LG G Pad 10.1 will retail at an suggested retail price of $249.99. Both are available at select retailers nationwide, including BestBuy and Newegg. Allowing consumers to express their individual personalities through new and unique colors, LG G Pad 7.0 will be available in Black, White, Luminous Orange and Luminous Blue and LG G Pad 10.1 will come in Black and Red.
