SamsungSamsung Galaxy S5 Sport Android smartphone : Samsung has announced a new high-end smartphone for the athletic lifestyle. Sprint will be the exclusive carrier for the Galaxy S5 Sport. As the name suggests, the S5 Sport is water and dust resistant and offers a textured body for increased grip and three hard keys for easier navigation. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport will be almost identical to the flagship model, the Galaxy S5. The smartphone is powered by a 2.5 Ghz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport features a 5.1-inch Full-HD AMOLED display and Multi Windows options. The Android smartphone includes various Fitness and Health features, including Sprint Fit Live, MapMyFitness, Active Zone and S health.

The new waterproof smartphone offers advanced network capabilities and Quick Connect to share your content fast and easy. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport comes with a large variety of Google Mobile wireless services, including Gmail, Maps, Calender, Drive and YouTube. In addition, the S5 Sport features a 16 megapixel Dual-Camera and a 2 megapixel front/facing camera with Full HD recording. The 2.800 mAh Lithium-Ion battery makes sure you will not run out of power.

Sprint will be the exclusive carrier for the Galaxy S5 Sport. The new water and dust resistant smartphone will be available from July 25 in the colors Electric Blue and Cherry Red. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport price will be announced prior to the launch date.
