SamsungSamsung Galaxy S4 mini review at LetsGoMobile : For the smartphone fans that found the Galaxy S4 too big or too expensive, Samsung has introduced a mini version. The Galaxy S4 mini runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The Galaxy S4 mini has a 1.7 GHz Dual-core processor under its hood, as well as an 8 MP camera with a Power LED flash. In terms of specifications, the mini version is not really going backwards, but of course, the S4 mini will have to make more concessions than just the format. LetsGoMobile has tested the Galaxy S4 mini in practise.

LetsGoMobile says: "The familiar design of the Samsung Galaxy S models also applies to the S4. The Galaxy S4 mini does its name justice, considering it is almost exactly the same as the S4, but then a size smaller. The Samsung S4 mini is sold in white (White Frost) and blue (Black Mist). This smartphone does not have a surprising design, however, we are very happy with the format, as we have never held a smartphone that was so comfortable to handle. The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini’s dimensions are 124.6 x 61.3 x 8.94mm and it weighs 107 grams."

LetsGoMobile continues: "The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini has an 8 megapixel digital camera with a Power LED flash and autofocus. There is a second 1.09 megapixel camera on the front of the Galaxy smartphone, for video calling or taking self-portraits. Despite the fact that the S4 mini has 5 megapixels less than its bigger brother, the camera is still pretty good. The colors are clear, there is little noise visible and the autofocus function works very fast. It is also great that the photo and video button are placed above each other, so that you do not have switch over first, and you can also shoot photos while recording video."
