SamsungSamsung NX300 photo gallery : The Samsung NX300 is a fast and powerful system camera and is equipped with a renewed 20.3 megapixel APS-C CMOS-sensor. The NX300 easily captures fast action thanks to its hybrid AF system with face detection AF and the possibility of taking a series of shots with a speed of 8.6 fps. The Samsung NX300 is completely set up to share photos and videos with others within seconds. The NX300 not only has a Wi-Fi-function, but also NFC (Near Field Communication). The Samsung NX300 is available in the colors: brown/silver, black/silver, and silver, and comes with the 18-55mm iFunction standard zoom kit lens.

Samsung NX300 system camera
The Samsung NX300 has a chic appearance and is comfortable to handle. It is not the most compact or lightest system camera, but that does give you a bit more camera in return. The 3.3-inch AMOLED screen with a 768k-dots resolution is a pleasure to look at, and it folds out. I personally find it unfortunate that Samsung supplies the flash separately, as I had rather seen a built-in flash. Now you have to carry the flash as a separate accessory, which means that you wind up forgetting it at home sometimes.

Samsung NX300 image quality
The 20.3 megapixel camera has an ISO range of 100 - 25.600. The camera takes nice shots up to ISO 1600, but above that, the amount of noise takes on obvious forms. The Samsung NX300 can shoot series of shots with a speed of 8.6 fps and has a fast shutter release time of 1/6000e. The hybrid AF system certainly works very fast. Just do not put the NX300 on ‘One Touch Record’, because then the camera takes a photo as soon as you touch the screen, which results in blurry shots. The other possibilities (touch AF and tracking AF) do work very well. Settings and functions can be approached via the traditional buttons as well as via the touch display, so that the Samsung NX300 has something to offer everyone.
