 Canon PowerShot A2500 digital camera : Canon has introduced the PowerShot A2500 digital compact camera, which includes a 16 megapixel image sensor and powerful DIGIC 4 image processor, as well as a 28mm wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom that can extend out to 140mm at the telephoto end. The Canon PowerShot A2500 camera also features Smart Auto mode that analyzes each scene to intelligently select camera settings based on 32 predefined scenarios to help capture great pictures with ease. Helping ensure beautiful photographs, Canon’s Digital IS reduces the effect of camera shake and subject movement. For travelers and those on the go, Canon’s new ECO Mode conserves battery life, allowing to capture more images over a longer time period.

Using the Canon PowerShot A2500, users can capture high-definition video anytime and anywhere. With a simple push of the dedicated movie button, users will be able to instantly record every moment in motion. 720p HD video is smooth, vivid, and beautifully lifelike, making it an ideal way to capture those special memories. In addition to being able to shoot 720p HD video at 25 frames per second, the Canon PowerShot A2500 digital camera can also shoot 640 x 480 VGA video at 30 frames per second.
