 2013 CES NEWS - Panasonic Lumix SZ3 digital camera : During the CES Show in Las Vegas Panasonic has presented a new series of Lumix cameras. Among the compact cameras is the Pansonic Lumix DMC-SZ3. The stylish camera body boasts an ultra-wide angle lens. The 25mm Leica DC Vario-Elmar lens covers twice the shooting area of a standard 35mm lens. It also offers a powerful 10x optical zoom. Whether you want to capture a group of people or zoom in to capture the detail, the Panasonic Lumix SZ3 delivers a stunning picture quality and is easy to take on the go. Intelligent Zoom is an extensive zoom function using digital zoom, to virtually extend the 10x optical zoom to 20x equivalent, with minimum deterioration of image quality.

Mega Optical Image Stabilizer compensates for the blurring caused by hand-shake. This feature especially comes in handy when you use the zoom function. Furthermore, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-SZ3 boasts a quick start-up time and offers Sonic Speed AF, to never miss the most fleeting shooting opportunities. In addition, the Panasonic Lumix SZ3 incorporates many different photo functions to develop your creativity, including an Intelligent Auto mode, Creative Control, Creative Retouch, Creative Panorama and a Beauty Retouch function. The Lumix DMC-SZ3 records movies in 1280x720 pixels at 24fps, resulting in smooth video clips.
