 CES 2013 REPORT - Olympus Stylus SZ16 iHS digital camera : Olympus released a new long-zoom digital camera at the CES Show in Nevada. The Olympus Stylus SZ-16 iHS is a lightweight and easy-to-carry compact camera. The new Olympus camera is the perfect travel companion and combines a compact camera body with high quality image performance. The 24x optical zoom lens makes the Stylus SZ16 ideal for adventurers, whether you want to capture stunning close-up images or amazing panorama photos, this camera is ready for the action. The Olympus Stylus SZ-16 produces brilliant photos even in low-light situations, thanks to the 16 megapixel CMOS sensor combined with the TruePic VI image processor.

Olympus Stylus SZ-16 iHS camera
The Olympus SZ-16 is optimized for Full HD 1080p video. Even inexperienced users can record blur-free videos due to Multi-Motion movie image stabilization. Olympus’s iHS technology powers a number of features on the Stylus SZ-16 iHS including Hand-Held Starlight mode which helps users at night, where image blur is more likely to occur, by capturing multiple images and stitching them together into a single photo. The Olympus Stylus SZ16 iHS combines a fast autofocus system with HDR Backlight Adjustment to take a collage of images at various exposure levels and blend them into one perfectly exposed photo - regardless the lighting conditions.
Olympus SZ-16 price & availability
The Olympus Stylus SZ-16 iHS comes in three colors; black, silver and white and will be available from March 2013. The Olympus Stylus SZ-16 iHS comes with a hand strap, a Li-50B Lithium-Ion battery, a F-2AC AC adapter, an USB cable, an instruction manual and image management software. In the United States the camera will retail for an estimated price of $230. In Europe the Olympus SZ16 carries a suggested retail price of €220. Colors and prices may vary from country to country.
