CanonCES 2013 NEWS - Canon PowerShot A1400 digital camera : At the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas Canon has announced a new series of PowerShot compact cameras. The entry-level PowerShot A1400 is a user-friendly digital camera that produces high resolution photos with a maximum resolution of 16 megapixels. The Canon A1400 features a with a 28mm wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom and 10x ZoomPlus to capture every subject with stunning detail. Digital IS reduces the effects of image shake, making every picture razor sharp. The Canon PowerShot A1400 is equipped with an optical viewfinder and a 2.7-inch LCD display. Videos can be recorded in 720p HD quality with the dedicated movie button.

With an optical viewfinder, 16 megapixel sensor with a DIGIC 4 Processor, the PowerShot A1400 digital camera gives even the novice photographer the ability to capture spectacular photos with ease. The Canon PowerShot A1400 is equipped with HD video capture, and ECO Mode that gives users a camera that is full of features, yet easy to use and economical, allowing for a high-quality imaging experience at a great value. For even more imaging options, the PowerShot A1400 includes scene modes such as fisheye effect, toy camera effect and monochrome that give users creative freedom. The Canon A1400 is powered by two AA batteries, allowing for easy replacement whether you are away on an overseas vacation or spending the weekend camping.
