FlightViewFlightView flight app for Android tablets : FlightView has partnered with 3Beam to launch a flight app optimized for Android tablets and the first-ever for the Kindle Fire. FlightView flight tracking new app is designed specifically for a tablet’s unique size and capabilities. Tablet popularity has skyrocketed in the US - Nielsen reports that tablet adoption has risen 400 percent in the past year - outpacing smartphones, gaming consoles, and connected TVs, while a new FlightView flight app survey found that more than 36 percent of travelers now use tablets in-flight. Yet, until now, very few travel apps have been developed specifically for Android tablet devices, and none have been created for the Kindle Fire.
