 Canon PowerShot A2300 test pictures : The Canon A2300 is a budget digital camera for amateur photographers. 'Point and Shoot’ is the motto for the 16 megapixel Canon A2300. Thanks to the metal body, the A2300 looks solid and elegant. The camera has a 28mm wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom, a 2,7" LCD display, digital image stabilization and HD video. The Canon PowerShot A2300 has an automatic mode called Smart Auto, which makes the camera select the right settings automatically, based on the shooting situation. The camera can distinguish 32 different scenes. Technologies such as live view control, face detection, red eye detection, and blink detection are also included in the Canon PowerShot camera.

The Canon PowerShot A2300 is a very user-friendly digital camera. The camera has many automatic functions, to help the photographer to achieve the best photo results. There is also a Help button to get explanations about the different functions. With Live View Control, you can experiment with the image settings, such as brightness and color intensity. There are also various photo filters available to give your photos a fun, creative effect.
Canon PowerShot photo quality
In order to improve image quality, the Canon PowerShot A2300 is equipped with a digital IS and a Low Light mode. The digital IS helps prevent unintended camera shake. The digital IS does not work as well as optical image stabilization, which is found in the more advanced PowerShot models. The Canon A2300’s Low Light mode helps to achieve sharp, detailed photos in low light circumstances. Generally, the pictures taken with the Canon PowerShot camera are of good quality. The amount of noise does increase when the lighting circumstances are less favorable, for example indoors. The Canon PowerShot camera is available for a bit less than €100, which makes the PowerShot A2300 a really good buy.
