AppleNew Apple iPhone 5 defeats Samsung Galaxy S3 : During the annual shareholders meeting of computer parts manufacturer Foxconn, CEO Terry Gou made a remarkable statement. Foxconn, Apple's partner, believes that the Galaxy S3 pales in comparison to the yet to introduce Apple iPhone 5. Terry Gou urges consumers to postpone the purchase of the Galaxy S3, because the new iPhone 5 will bring the latest Samsung smartphone to shame. The Taiwanese company Foxconn has a strong ambition to work together with Apple and to beat Samsung within the upcoming three to five years. Terry Gou has few good words about the Korean Samsung.

iPhone 5 best smartphone ever?
Earlier this year, Foxconn purchased a significant interest (10%) from the Japanese company Sharp, who develops displays. Whether the display technology from Sharp will also be integrated into the new Apple iPhone 5 is still unknown, but not unlikely. Terry Gou is positive about its partner Sharp. Terry Gou states about the Japanese company; "Unlike the Koreans, they will not hit you from behind." Unfortunately, Terry Gou did not mention anything about the phone features of the new iPhone 5, leaving little to compare. In any case, it is abundantly clear that the Taiwanese company can not stand the Korean Samsung. The tone is set once again...

Apple iPhone 5 availability date
The new operating system from Apple, iOS 6 will be rolled out in autumn. It is likely that the iPhone 5 will integrate the same iOS 6 operating system. We therefore assume that the iPhone 5 will be put to market just a little later than the iOS 6 operating system. Previously we reported already about some expected iPhone 5 specifications, it seems that -compared to its predecessor- the iPhone 5 will be significantly faster, will feature a larger display and we expect a new unibody aluminum case.
