CasioCasio Exilim EX-ZR300 digital camera : Casio Japan has announced a new High Speed Exilim ZR digital compact camera. The 16,1 megapixel Casio EX-ZR300 combines high speed shooting capabilities with the Exilim Engine HS high-speed image processor. The camera has a startup time of less than a second and takes continuous shots at an interval of 0,26 second. Being equipped with the latest high speed imaging technologies, the Casio EX-ZR300 incorporates an effective anti-shake reduction and a high speed continuous autofocus system. The camera records beautiful pictures both during day time and at night, thanks to the special Night mode. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 will become available in Japan at the end of this week.

The Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 integrates a 24-300mm lens with 12,5x optical zoom. With the Multi Frame SR Zoom the optical zoom can be extended by 2x, while maintaining the image quality. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 is equipped with a mode dial to quickly choose the correct shooting mode. The Casio EX-ZR300 offers 10 different shooting modes including "premium zoom", "HDR" and "premium auto PRO".

In addition, the Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 is equipped with an HDR Art-Shot function, to add creative effects to your photos. The camera integrates seven different effects; toy camera, soft focus, light tone, pop, sepia, monochrome and miniature. The Casio EX-ZR300 also offers a background blur shooting feature, normally only seen in SLR cameras. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 will become available in Japan at the end of this week.
