 Olympus SZ-31MR test photos : The SZ-31MR is the new flagship within the Olympus Super Zoom camera series. The 16-megapixel Olympus SZ-31MR, with its 24x optical wide-angle zoom lens is ideal for taking detailed close-up photos, even when the subject is at a distance. The double image stabilization even works when the zoom is completely engaged, so that the camera still takes sharp images. Moreover, thanks to the improved autofocus, the camera reacts quickly and accurately. Tab Control makes it possible to take photos by simply tapping the 7.6 cm touch screen, then focusing occurs automatically and a photo is taken.

Olympus SZ-31MR test
The Olympus SZ-31MR has an iAuto mode as well as a P mode, for changing settings manually, such as the white balance, ISO and brightness. The dial offers access to the recording setting ´Multi Recording´, so that you can shoot photo and video simultaneously, and with the ´Photo with Video recording´ setting, a short film fragment is taken shortly before and after taking a photo. You can also select Scene Program, Magic Filter, Beauty mode and the Panorama mode on the dial. The Olympus SZ-31MR is also equipped with a separate Video recording button, for 1080p Full HD film shots.

The Olympus SZ-31MR camera is easy to use and thanks to the new iHS technologies the photos show little noise and nice colors. Technologies such as HDR backlight correction in order to make well-lit photos under most circumstances. Thanks to the two separate True Pic V-image processors, originally developed for SLR cameras, the Olympus SZ-31MR is also able to take High-Speed photos, up to 10 images per second in full resolution. The Olympus SZ-31MR has a number of photographic functions, it is easy to use and offers good image quality.
