Samsung Galaxy Note Sales record : Samsung Electronics announced that the Samsung Galaxy Note, released in October last year, has surpassed 5 million sales in just 5 months. Thanks to the fast selling Samsung Galaxy Note, Samsung has gained about two thirds of the South Korean mobile phone market share, making Samsung the leading mobile phone provider in Korea in addition to China, France, Spain and others. The Samsung Galaxy Note is also winning praise from consumers and the media across the globe. In a smartphone test conducted by a European consumer group from France, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands, the Samsung Galaxy Note’s touchscreen, call quality, battery life, and photo quality made it the #1 smartphone of their choice.
