 Casio Exilim ZR15 digital camera features : The Casio Exilim EX-ZR15 digital compact camera incorporates the Exilim HS Engine for high-speed photography and high-speed image processing. In addition to a multiple CPU and dual image processing circuits, the Casio Exilim ZR15 camera is equipped with a reconfigurable processor that delivers performance flexibility plus high-speed processing based on Casio's latest technology. With the powerful engine, the Casio Exilim EX-ZR15 camera is fast from the time the power is turned on until the camera is turned off, with 0.99-sec start-up time, 0.13-sec high-speed auto focus, 0.29-sec minimum time between pictures, and approximately 1.8-sec shutdown time, making photo-taking virtually carefree.

The Casio Exilim HS Engine also achieves functions that were simply impossible before, such as HDR-ART, which creates artistic photos, and enables simultaneous video and continuous still image shooting. With Casio's HDR image technology, each press of the shutter button actually takes several pictures at different exposures and instantly combines the photos into a single image with a wide dynamic range. This minimizes washed out or overly dark areas, creating a digital photograph that captures all the rich tonal gradation of the scene just as it appears in real life. The Casio HDR technology also reduces the blur caused by a subject's movements during continuous shooting, leaving only beautifully crisp, clear pictures.
Casio Exilim ZR15 photo art function
The Casio EX-ZR15 camera features Casio's HDR-ART photo function for enabling anyone to create truly artistic pictures at the press of the shutter button, unlike anything possible with conventional digital cameras before. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR15 photo art function works by combining continuous shots with differing exposures and performing highly precise image analysis to locally change levels of color saturation and contrast. Casio camera users can select from three different processing levels of art effects. The HDR-ART function can also be applied to movies shot by the user, allowing them to produce dramatic movies from everyday scenes.

The Casio Exilim EX-ZR15 high-speed burst shooting and automatic composite photo functions allow users to create natural-looking panorama photos just by panning the Casio ZR15 camera across a scene. The new Casio EX-ZR15 digital camera combines continuous shots taken with high-speed burst shooting when the user is moving the Casio digital camera, enabling powerful super-wide-angle shots. Users can choose wide-angle photography modes equivalent to 17mm or 21mm.

Casio Exilim ZR15 camera users can enjoy producing high-resolution Full HD videos. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR15 camera enables beautiful high-resolution Full HD movies. Even while shooting a video, users can take still 16-megapixel high-resolution pictures with high-speed burst shooting using the Still In Movie function, and can also use the optical zoom and continuous auto focus. The Casio Exilim EX-ZR15 compact camera offers a wide-angle 28mm, 7x optical zoom lens equivalent to a maximum of 14x optical zoom with Casio's Multi Frame SR Zoom technology, which combines a number of photos to maintain the image quality needed for high-resolution digital photography.
