Panasonic 3D digital camera at IFA 2011 Show : Panasonic has announced the development of a new compact, twin-lens 3D digital camera with HD video recording capability. The Panasonic Lumix 3D digital camera will enable users to take 3D photos and 3D HD video clips and is planned to be released end of 2011. The camera’s compact size was achieved by employing two newly developed 4x zoom lenses with thin, folded optics. The advantages of the twin-lens design are further utilized to snap stunning, full-pixel 2D photos while shooting 2D videos at the same time. The new Panasonic 3D digital camera captures 3D HD videos in the AVCHD format using the side-by-side method.
