It is exclusive to Mobilicity in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. Like all Mobilicity Smartphones, the HTC Panache mobile phone is not sold with a handset tab, credit check, nor does it come with a contract to lock a customer into a multi-year service plan with expensive cancellation penalties, as is often the case with Canada's incumbent carriers. |
