Canon EOS 600D test photos : In February this year Canon introduced its newest entry-level DSLR camera, the Canon EOS 600D. The compact, lightweight SLR camera has everything on board for capturing beautiful photos as well as Full HD videos. The Canon EOS 600D captures clear colors with a lot of detail, thanks to the 18 Megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor that works together with the 14-bits DIGIC 4 image processor. With the 9-point AF-system, each image is razor sharp; an precision focusing is possible thanks to an extremely sensitive AF-sensor that is centrally placed. With the Canon EOS 600D, action photos can also be shot at a speed of 3.7 images per second, which is ideal for shooting action sports, or moving pets and children.
Canon EOS 600D review Although the EOS 550D is not the official predecessor to the new EOS 600D, as both will be available for the next while, it is expected that the Canon EOS 600D will take over the EOS 550D`s position. Canon EOS 600D kit lens The new Canon EOS 600D can also be purchased as a separate camera body, but also in combination with the kit lens EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II. This is an ideal lightweight lens for beginner photographers. In comparison with its predecessor, the EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, this lens is equipped with Canon`s IS system. This system makes it possible to work with 4-stops longer shutter speeds and still make camera shake-free shots, thanks to the built-in image stabilizer.
