CanonCanon PowerShot SX130 IS photo gallery : The new Canon PowerShot SX130 IS camera is the successor to the SX120 IS megazoom camera and is equipped with a bit more extensive specifications. It’s a new PowerShot camera, as expected, with an increase in the amount of pixels to 12MP, an extension of the zoom range of 12x, HD video, extra pre-programmed scenes and SDXC memory card support. It is not a camera that is worth trading in your SX120 IS for, but for the rest this new Mega zoom camera is of course interesting. The Canon PowerShot SX130 IS digital camera was introduced a month before the start of the Photokina 2010 (September 21st - 26th), and will most likely be one of Canon’s show horses.

The new Canon PowerShot SX130 IS digital camera has a large zoom range, and with a 28mm wide angle, it is the ideal range for all-round photography. Whether the subject is a wide landscape or a portrait of one of your family members or friends, with 28-336mm, combined with Canon’s Image Stabilizer, it makes for very easy photography. Additionally, the Canon powerShot SX130 IS camera is equipped with the Smart Auto function in which the camera itself analyzes each scene and chooses the best program from the 28 available scenes.
