RolleiRollei Movieline SD-23 and SD-15 camcorder : At this year’s IFA and Photokina Rollei will be presenting two new compact Full HD camcorders in the “Movieline” product range: the Movieline SD-23 and the Movieline SD-15. Both Rollei camcorders include a 5-megapixel sensor and can record videos in brilliant Full HD quality (1.920 x 1.080p) with 30 images per second. With the Rollei Movieline SD-23, nothing in the distance will remain undiscovered: thanks to a 23x optical and a 10x digital zoom, you will be able to clearly focus on objects that are far away, and the high-contrast 3-inch LCD display in 16:9 format allows you to maintain full control over your video recordings. Furthermore, this is also a touchscreen display, which means the device is extremely easy to use.

Shaky situations can also be mastered with ease with the Movieline, as the integrated video stabiliser compensates for the movements caused by a shaky hand. Thanks to the Motion Detection function, moving objects and scenes can be recorded perfectly, and the integrated photo mode enables individual photos to be taken as well with a resolution of 5-megapixels. The slim camcorder, which is only 126 x 57 x 60 mm, can store data in the AVI format on SD and SDHC cards of up to 64 GB. 128 MB of internal memory is also included. The Rollei Movieline SD-23 will be available in shops from the end of October 2010 for 199.95 Euros (RRP).

The Rollei Movieline SD-15 also provides an impressive 7.62 cm display, just like the Movieline SD-23. The rotatable LCD monitor can be turned to match the individual recording situation, thus making it extremely comfortable to use, and the 10x optical and 4x digital zoom make this camcorder a very attractive entry level model. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides enough power for up to 2.5 hours of video recording and the film material can be stored on SDHC cards with a storage capacity of up to 32 GB. The Rollei Movieline SD-15 is also a real lightweight: it weighs a mere 270 grams without the battery, making it the ideal travel companion. The camcorder measures 122 x 67.5 x 62.3 mm and will be available in shops from the end of October 2010 for 169.95 Euros (RRP).

Rollei Movieline SD camcorders
The new Rollei Movieline SD camcorders come with a comprehensive range of extras, which includes HDMI, AV and USB cables. Homemade videos can therefore be transferred to a PC or TV screen without any problems. Furthermore, the YouTube Direct function allows you to reach a large audience on the Internet simply and quickly.
