 HTC Schubert Windows 7 Smartphone : The rumors about the coming introduction of a new HTC Smartphone with Windows Phone 7 OS, are on the rise. Recently, a video of a previously unknown HTC Smartphone has appeared on one of the many cell phone blogs. It is supposedly the HTC Schubert, a Windows 7 OS Smartphone. The maker of the video clip does not give any more information away other than just the visual presentation of the HTC Schubert. Further detailed specifications are still missing. It does, however, mention that the HTC Schubert’s body is a so-called unibody, a frame made up of only one piece of aluminum. The new HTC Smartphone has touchscreen control.

It is expected that the HTC Schubert’s final product name will be different and that it will sound a bit more popular. It has almost become a tradition that the HTC roadmap of names is leaked onto the internet months before the official introduction. We are happy to join in that leaking fun. The source of the video also mentions that the HTC Schubert is driven by a 1GHz processor and has a 1GB internal memory. Additionally, a microSDHC memory card will undoubtedly be used in order to extend the storage capacity.

Whether or not the HTC Schubert handset will be introduced worldwide, is still up in the air. It looks as if it will not be before the end of this year. By that time we will also know what the final product name of this new HTC Smartphone with Windows Phone 7 operating system will be. |
