 Samsung NX5 system camera : Rumors floated around the Internet, but in Germany Samsung officially announced a new system camera; Samsung NX5. Small dimensions, lightweight and innovative technical features to take creative photography to the next level, the Samsung NX5 is the perfect entry-level system camera for the amateur photographer. The Samsung NX5 sets a new benchmark for easy photography. The innovative system camera is compact, but fully packed with intelligent features and a great design. And the changeable lenses, like with the digital SLR camera, offer complete freedom for the small budget photographer. The Samsung NX5 digital system camera will be available in June 2010, priced at Euro 699.

Samsung NX5 camera with CMOS image sensor
The Samsung NX5 offers a lightweight and compact experience to get the attention of compact camera photographers. The most important difference is the higher image quality compared to the average quality of a compact camera. Like the NX10 the Samsung NX5 has an integrated APS-C CMOS image sensor, the same sensor size of almost all digital SLR cameras. The Samsung NX5 is very user-friendly, offering a fast autofocus and a handy, built-in electronic viewfinder.

The successful launch of the Samsung NX10 is continued with the introduction of the NX5 camera. The main difference of the Samsung NX5 compared to the NX10 is the standard 3-inch TFT display.
