 Sony CyberShot DSC-HX5 photo gallery : The Sony CyberShot HX5 is a small digital camera equipped with the newest technologies that the current Sony Cybershot generation cameras have. The Sony CyberShot DSC-HX5 is equipped with GPS and compass functionality, a feature that we strangely enough see only rarely in a digital camera. This is already a standard specification in modern smartphones, but digital SLR and compact cameras have yet to discover GPS. There are some glitches to it, such as interference in the LCD display and the image sensor, and those are components that you obviously really need. Sony has managed to avoid these impediments, making the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX5 digital camera pretty unique.

A remarkable feature of the Sony CyberShot camera is the Intelligent Sweep Panorama function. This is a fairly new function, which makes it possible to make panorama photos unprecedentedly easily with the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX5. The Sony Cybershot DSC-HX5 camera can detect if people or objects move in the picture while shooting. Powerful algorithms are calculated and compensate these mismatches, so that the separate pictures fit perfectly together.

The Sony Cybershot camera is equipped with a Sony G-type 10x optical zoom lens. This makes for a zoom range of 25-250mm. Combined with the innovative Exmor R CMOS image sensor, the Sony Cybershot camera captures every detail in the images, and digital noise is kept to a minimum. Next to photography, Sony Cybershot DSC-HX5 can also record video clips in 1080i resolution.
