SanyoExperience home cinema with Sanyo PLV-Z4000 HD projector : Sanyo Sales & Marketing Europe GmbH is offering cineastes a special highlight. With the PLV-Z4000, Sanyo is presenting a home cinema projector in a class of its own. This latest projector from Sanyo allows cinema fans to experience professional home cinema with razor-sharp images in full HD resolution. The successor to the top-selling PLV-Z3000 features a extra-quiet fan, and can be simply and flexibly set up, thanks to numerous installation features. In accordance with new EU regulations, Sanyo has modified the power consumption of the Sanyo PLV-Z4000 compared to the predecessor model. The Sanyo PLV-Z4000 HD projector will be available as of May 2010.

Sanyo HD projector offers razor-sharp images in full HD
Cinema fans are in for a real treat! Inorganic 3LCD panels ensure extremely high colour quality and image homogeneity. The full HD panel with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels beams razor-sharp images from all full HD sources (e.g. Blu-Ray players). Even with fast-moving pan shots, the built-in 120Hz panel prevents a visual roller coaster ride and guarantees uniform image sequences. There is thus no longer anything standing in the way of untroubled film enjoyment. The Sanyo HD projector combines the original images with additional images and, in doing so, increases the number of images twofold. Jerky images are now once and for all a thing of the past.

Cinema Color filter boost home cinema experience of Sanyo PLV-Z4000
The integral iris of the Sanyo projector adjusts itself every 1/60 seconds optimally in line with the lighting conditions and virtually without a sound. This allows images to be displayed that are rich in contrast, with a high black level. A contrast ratio of 65,000:1 and an image brightness of 1,200 ANSI lumens ensure images that are full of detail. The Cinema Color Filter boosts the colour space by 10% and as a result displays pure and clear colours. In addition, it is possible to use five predefined image modes (Brilliant Cinema/Creative Cinema/Natural/Living/Dynamic) and another five customizable image modes to adapt the colour space to the film.

Sanyo projector is easy-to-use and operates extremely quiet
The ultra-quiet fan (just 19 dB) cools the inside of the projector highly effectively. This means that movie fans do not get disturbed whilst pursuing their favorite hobby - not even during quiet film scenes. Thanks to the illuminated remote control, it is also possible to operate the Sanyo PLV-Z4000 projector in the dark. The manual lens-shift function allows the image to be moved horizontally by half an image width and vertically by the height of an image. This allows images to be precisely displayed even from different projection angles. Thanks to the manual 2x optical zoom, it is possible to have large projections also in small rooms.

Price and availability of Sanyo HD projector
Sanyo ensures that the projector is also protected when it is no longer in use. As soon as the PLV-Z4000 is no longer in operation or switches to standby mode, an automatic lens cap is slid over the lens, thus protecting it against dust and scratches. In accordance with the new EU directive regulating the eco-design of household appliances and office equipment, the projector has a low power drain of 0.7 Watt in standby mode. A special additional feature supplied with this projector is the pair of bellows, which can be used to remove fine particles of dust from the panels. This provides a simple and cost-effective means of ensuring that extremely high image quality is maintained for a very long time. The recommended retail price for the Sanyo Z4000 projector is € 2,490 plus VAT. Sanyo provides a 3-year warranty on the Sanyo HD projector. There is a 90-day warranty on the bulb, or a maximum of 300 hours of operation.
