 Malata selects SanDisk modular SSD for netbook : SanDisk announced that the 16-gigabyte (GB) SanDisk pSSD modular SSD Gen2 was selected by Malata for its new PC-98905 pocket netbook computer. Malata, Wanlida Group Co. Ltd, is a leading manufacturer of portable computers, e-book readers and other consumer electronics. The new Malata pocket design netbook is compact, measuring 256X27X143mm thin with an 8.9 inch LCD screen, making portable computing easier than ever. Additional features include a built-in Webcam, Bluetooth, WiFi and an 8-second boot-up option. Equipped with an Intel Atom/Pineview processor, this device delivers enhanced performance and extended battery life, and runs Microsoft Windows 7 OS.
