LG Cookie Fresh handset : Despite LG Electronics’ strange way of being ‘actively present’ at the Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona, LG seems to be continuously busy conquering a steady position in the TOP 3 consumer electronics manufacturers. And that doesn’t seem to be an easy task, as the competition of course has similar plans. In between fights for market shares, LG introduces a new beginner’s model cell phone: the LG Cookie Fresh GS290. Whoever has recently visited the CeBIT 2010 (the world's largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions) in Hannover - we have no idea why anyone would still want to visit the CeBIT - could already get a glimpse of the LG GS290.

LG Cookie Fresh features
During the CeBIT, very little extra information was released about whether or not we would also be seeing the LG Cookie Fresh GS290 in Europe shortly, but recent information points to a fast introduction for the European consumer. The LG GS280 is a new version of the recently introduced LG Cookie Plus GS500, but it has less attractive phone specifications. The LG Fresh has a digital camera with ‘a mere’ 2 Megapixels resolution. This is fairly small, but attention has been paid to the pixel quality, and it is more than enough to print in postcard format.

LG Cookie Fresh review availability & price info
The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 is also ready for social media. The SNS application ensures that updates from social networks such as Facebook and Twitter run smoothly. All data is saved on a standard microSD / SDHC flash memory card with support for a maximum storage of 32GB. The LG GS290 phone will be available in different colors for a suggested retail price of 120 Euro. As soon as we receive a LG Cookie Fresh test sample, we will publish a photo gallery with high resolution pictures, followed by an in-depth LG Cookie Fresh review.
