 New LG handset Jacquar 5 : Korean mobile phone giant LG, who has projected as having a leadership position in terms of market share for the coming years, has conjured up several new cell phones, including the LG Jacquar 5 mobile phone, out of its big hat. Now, you would expect that LG would use an event such as the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona to promote itself to the full, but no, instead LG ‘disappeared’ from the show floor to make itself ‘inaccessible' for the world press. Now, the LG Jacquar 5 handset is not such a good example to get excited about, as it consists of a basic phone aimed at the lower end of the market, but still...

LG Jacquar 5 mobile phone
The MWC 2010 is over, and the CTIA (23-25 March in Las Vegas) has also closed her doors, and indeed also this event will not be used for this new series of LG phones. This is quite a remarkable strategy for a manufacturer that is aiming for world domination. Despite the basic technical specifications, the design of the LG Jacquar 5 handset is not so bad. It could bring about some good sales, especially if the price is attractive.

The LG Jacquar 5 cell phone actually offers what is necessary to be able to make calls and send text messages with the possibility of being able to listen to your own favorite music and take some low resolution photos on the go. When we hear about the sales figures a couple of months from now, maybe it will not be such a bad choice in terms of specs after all. |
