PanasonicPrototype Panasonic Wireless Full HD 3D device : Panasonic was represented in the so-called WirelessHD consortium, and during the Consumer Electronics Show 2010 in the Las Vegas Convention Centre, showed a prototype Panasonic Wireless Full HD 3D device. LG Electronics, Intel, Sony, Samsung and other big company names are part of this WirelessHD consortium. We can thus expect much more Wireless High Definition, and even in the case of Panasonic, Wireless Full HD 3D. In the coming period, Panasonic will add to the development of wireless solutions for the consumer. The setup of the Panasonic Wireless 3D Full HD prototype is to make it possible to transmit non-compressed Full HD 3D audio/video.

Panasonic Wireless Full HD 3D transmission
Full HD 3D transmission means 1080p/24bps x LR 2ch and this is made possible by the employment of ultra high speed wireless communication (4Gbps data over a 60 GHz frequency). It will probably depend on the region if such a frequency will be approved. Additionally, the audio is 5.1 surround linear PCM.

Content can exist of streaming video saved on your own pc or server/hard disk, but also the newest Full HD 3D film can be viewed on a Plasma 3D screen.
