HTCHTC Photon smartphone : In April of 2010 we are expecting to announce a new Windows Mobile smartphone, the HTC Photon. The following information is not yet official, but originated from the leaked information in the roadmap of the HTC mobile phones that will appear in the first half of 2010. The HTC Photon Windows Mobile phone belongs to the segment of Active and Business users in combination with a sleek design, fast communication and data processing. The powerful Snapdragon MSM7227 600Mhz processor should give the HTC Photon phone enough speed to live up to expectations. The coming weeks, there will undoubtedly be more information released about the new HTC Photon.

HTC Photon Windows mobile phone
For the time being, we can assume the HTC Photon will be a remarkable HTC mobile phone. Being a smartphone with a fast processor that runs on Windows Mobile 6.5, is already what makes the HTC Photon notable. The Android hype seems to be far-reaching and there are thus only a few phones equipped with Microsoft’s mobile OS. This must be quite a disappointment for Microsoft, despite the promises that Windows Mobile 7 seems to be making, the industry seems to be choosing en masse for the Google Android OS right now.

HTC Photon phone specifications
The HTC Photon smartphone has the dimensions 104x57x10.9 mm and supports WCDMA/HSPA: 900/2100Mhz and GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850/900/1800/1900Mhz networks. The HTC Photon Windows cell phone is equipped with a 3.2-inch touch screen and a 5 Megapixel AF camera. Storage can take place in the internal memory, or on a microSD external memory card, so that the maximum storage capacity is 32 GB. When we receive more detailed information about the HTC Photon, an update will follow.
