LG iQ Smartphone from Telus : It just might be possible that we will get to see a new LG mobile phone before the end of the year. Recently, LG Monaco mobile phone appeared in several documents from one of the U.S. providers, but the newest information seems to point to an LG IQ model name. Not many cell phone specifications of the LG IQ are known yet, but what we know is that it seems to be an LG smartphone that (still) operates on the Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. We do expect it to have speed going for it, as the LG IQ smartphone is equipped with a fast Snapdragon processor. The display is a 3.2-inch WVGA touch screen and the LG IQ smart phone uses LG’s S-Class User Interface.

Telus LG iQ features
It is still unclear how much internal memory we can expect from the LG IQ smartphone, but the storage capacity can be expanded with a microSDHC flash memory card. The maximum storage capacity is at least 32GB + the internal memory. We should be able to shoot digital pictures with the LG IQ, as the new LG handset is equipped with a 5 Megapixel digital camera.

LG IQ smartphone functions: GSM / GPRS / EDGE / UMTS / HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100MHz, 3.2-inch WVGA touch screen, 480 x 800 pixels, 5 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, Fingerprint scanner, Windows Mobile 6.5, LG’s S-Class user interface. We ask ourselves what the IQ stands for. In which aspect will the LG IQ distinguish itself with the average smartphone? Does IQ truly mean a unique intelligent functioning, or did the LG guys get tired of coming up with a new model name every time? |
