SonySony E440 Walkman Player : Sony introduces the E440 walkman player and the Walkman E440K, an ‘all-in-one’ kit that includes the Sony Walkman E440 video MP3 player, plus a matching Digital Linear Phase Speaker System. Adding even more versatility to your Walkman listening experience, the slim, compact stereo speaker unit gives you even more great ways to share and enjoy premium Walkman sound. The new Sony Walkman E440 music player slots neatly into the curvaceous docking speaker unit that’s available in a choice of co-ordinating black or pink finish options.

Within its slim lines, the Digital Linear Phase Speaker System offers rich, satisfying sound. Like the Sony Walkman S540 series, Linear Phase Correction ensures pure, natural sound while Virtual Bass reinforces the sensation of low frequencies. Listen on speakers without interruption using the supplied AC adaptor - or enjoy up to 10 hours listening time using the speaker system’s internal batteries. Headphone listening boosts music playback time up to 30 hours, or 6 hours video playback.

Sony Walkman E440 features
Headphone listening is equally rich and satisfying, thanks to two Clear Audio technologies by Sony (Clear Stereo and Clear Bass). It’s augmented by a Dynamic Normalizer for smooth, comfortable listening without sudden level jumps between different tracks. The Sony Walkman E440 features a bright, responsive 2” LCD screen for smooth, richly-detailed video, even with fast-moving action scenes. Format support spans a wide range of popular audio formats, plus H.264/AVC and MPEG4 for high-quality video. Other convenient features include an FM tuner with record function. (NB: FM tuner cannot be used while listening with supplied speaker system).
