 Nikon D3000 photo gallery : With the arrival of the Nikon D3000, a new entry level DSLR camera makes its appearance. The Nikon D3000 is equipped with a modest yet sufficient resolution of 10 megapixels and has inherited techniques from the advanced D5000 and D90 cameras. We find features such as a 3-inch display and 11-point AF with 3D tracking incorporated in the D3000. The camera mainly aims at the novice and those who switch from compact cameras. The only thing lacking on the Nikon D3000 is a video function, which we believe has not yet been completely developed. The Nikon D3000 is expected to become available this month. The first batch of Nikon sample photos has been taken and a Nikon D3000 review will follow real soon.

The large-sized 3-inch monitor on the Nikon D3000 digital SLR camera is not only useful to review pictures; it is also easy to edit pictures via the Retouche menu. Creative digital photography is made easy by the various integrated effects. The resolution of 10 megapixels, combined with the powerful EXPEED image processor, ensures high-quality pictures at which high ISO values belong to the possibilities without any loss of image quality. Shooting photos with existing light is also a possibility.

It is not only the compact size of the Nikon DSLR D3000, or the user-friendly menu, that makes it an easy-to-use camera. Nikon has also ensured, by incorporating an exclusive dust removal system, that the risk of dust on the sensor, when changing lenses, is minimized. The so-called Airflow Control system, also integrated in the Nikon D5000 digital SLR camera, effectively reduces the impact of dust.
