DRD R1 portable audio enhancer test
LetsGoMobile adds: "The DRD R1 has compact dimensions of 43x57x17mm and is a rectangular device that fits well in your hand. The black and white design looks clear-cut yet solid. The mini theatre is very easy and in addition to the on/off switch it features a volume button and two 3.5mm audio in and output, which are placed on the top as well as on the bottom side. The package is as uncomplicated as the device itself, the only thing you need is the included audio cable with a 3.5 mm plug on both sides and a pair of AA batteries. Furthermore it comes with a short one page guide. No unnecessary stuff, just very straightforward."

LetsGoMobile continues: "It should also be possible to connect the DRD R1 to the iPhone or iPod touch. I couldn't do it at first, due to the audio cable; the plug was too bulky to properly fit in the deeply sunken 3.5 jack of the Apple device. After requesting a new cable, however, I was able to connect the audio enhancer, also in combination with the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. By the way; the DRD R1 can also be connected to other Apple products. The DRD R1 mini theatre audio enhancer has only one task; to improve the sound quality. And this is exactly what this compact device is good at." Read the full iPhone audio enhancer review at LetsGoMobile.
