SonimSonim XP3 waterproof cell phone review at LetsGoMobile : The craving for many phone functions makes it difficult to find a truly old-fashioned, reliable mobile phone without too much additional functionality. Current mobile phones are also more fragile than before, and repair costs out of proportion. This is bad news for a large group of consumers working in physically demanding jobs who need a strong phone that can stand a few bumps. Sonim offers a solution to this group: the Sonim XP3 Enduro. Being able to handle a few bumps is even an understatement.

Waterproof cell phone review

Sonim XP3 Enduro waterproof cell phone review
LetsGoMobile says: "The shockproof feature immediately becomes clear, even from the package, because just like the mobile phone, the package itself can stand a good deal. You can stand on it, throw it etc, there is nothing it can’t take. It's nice that this element is also integrated in the package, although it does not serve any purpose other than showing off its indestructibility. The mobile phone is black, quite heavy with a solid feel to it. It has a fairly rough finishing touch to it; in fact; everything is rather rugged, however, that comes with this type of phone."

Sonim cell phone review - Internet functionality
LetsGoMobile continues: "The Internet browser on the Sonim XP3 Enduro, found in the main menu, is not that special, although you can make use of the Internet services. Due to the lack of support for 3G Internet speeds, surfing the Internet is slow. The Browser is not extensive at all and it is not clear whether or not it is loading at a certain point. The Internet functionality is clearly not the core feature of this phone. However, it is still easy to be able to check the latest news quickly or to find an address or phone number."

Perhaps you are not familiar with the name Sonim, due to the fact the company currently has only two mobile phone models in the market. It aren’t the features, among which are Bluetooth and Opera Web browser, which make this phone noteworthy. It is in fact the ruggedized feature of the XP3 Enduro that does it. This handset is able to withstand practically everything. The phone is waterproof, shockproof and able to deal with extreme temperatures. Want to know more about this tough cell phone?
