CasioCasio Exilim EX-FH20 review : If there is one corporation that can be considered a pioneer of the digital camera, it is Casio. The company is famous worldwide and yes, still active in the field of watches and calculators. The launch of the Casio QV10 digital camera in 1996 was the beginning of Casio's career as a camera manufacturer. Twelve years later, Casio is still very active in the camera market and although their market share shrunk significantly due to the presence of the traditional camera manufacturers, Casio is still alive and kicking.

Casio EX-FH20 review - Megazoom camera design
As for its design, the Casio EXILIM EX-FH20 looks a lot like the existing Megazoom cameras: a large sized lens on the housing's front, a firm hand-grip to keep the device under control and a popular large sized 3-inch LCD monitor for capture and reproduction. The Casio EXILIM FH20 is not a camera to carry with you at all times due to the large dimensions. You take this camera when you go out explicitly to take pictures, for example on an outing with the family or on holidays. The housing’s plastic material feels solid and the rubber spots on the handgrip and the back of the camera provide a comfortable hand-fit.

Casio EX-FH20 test - Camera operation
Operating a digital camera should not be a problem nowadays. Most camera menus have the same structure or use the same pictograms. This goes for the majority of today's cameras but not for the Casio EXILIM FH-20. New pictograms can be found on the top command dial whose meaning is easy to guess, yet even the most advanced photographer should take this as a sign to review the manual.
