Samsung premium televisions sell like hot cakes : Do you want to know why these premium TVs have become so popular? The Smart TV industry is witnessing an era of fierce rivalry among premium TVs with many companies promoting ultra-large Ultra HD screens, advanced intelligent TV functions and sleek modern designs. Despite the competition, Samsungs’ 2017 QLED TV models demonstrated strong growth in the second quarter of 2017 to secure first place in the overall worldwide flat-panel TV market, as well as in the above $1,500 global premium TV segment. Premium TVs worth more than $1,500 account for just five percent of total global TV sales, but have a much larger business impact, accounting for 20 percent of sales revenue and 40 percent of profits.

Smart TV survey reveals trend in large screens

Samsung Big Screen QLED Smart TV's : Samsung Electronics is spearheading the big screen TV trend with the 2017 QLED TV models. What size will your next Smart TV be? That was the survey question posed in May to members of the AVS forum, an online community and platform for display device professionals. Out of seven hundred respondents, 38 percent chose 70-inch to 79-inch, while 29 percent selected 60-inch to 69-inch TVs. More than 90% of the total Smart TV survey participants, including these two groups, said they are willing to purchase 60-inch and larger televisions. These results show a clear trend in large screen TV models. A big screen TV is one of the most talked-about items among Korean consumers as well.

Samsung smartphone summer survey 2017 : Samsung North America reveals results from a new smartphone survey regarding the use of the Galaxy S8 during the summer period.
