Panasonic Lumix GH5 review with firmware v2.0

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-08-31 17:00:00
Panasonic Lumix GH5 review : At the beginning of this year, Panasonic announced its new flagship DSLM camera. The Panasonic Lumix GH5 is an interchangeable lens camera based on the Micro Four Thirds system. The Panasonic GH5 is not only a great camera for taking photos, especially among filmmakers and vloggers this is a very popular camera. Today, Panasonic announced a new firmware update for the GH5 at the IFA 2017. We have received a Lumix GH5 test device from Panasonic, equipped with the latest firmware v2.0 of course. In addition, we used the new Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-60mm f/2.8-4.0 Power OIS kitlens. In our Dutch edition we published a full Lumix GH5 review, due to a shortage in time, we can only provide you the sample photos for now.

Panasonic Lumix FZ80 review

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-06-26 09:30:00
Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ80 / FZ82 review : The Panasonic FZ80 (FZ82 outside the USA) is a superzoom camera launched at the CES 2017 in Las Vegas early this year. The all-round camera features a 60x optical zoom lens that makes it an outstanding camera for nature lovers and outdoor fanatics. The Lumix DC FZ80 easily captures details that you can not see with the naked eye. The FZ80 is Panasonic's cheapest bridge camera, yet it offers 4K photo and video functionality. The camera also features a 3-inch touchscreen and an 1.170k dot Live View finder. We received the Lumix FZ80 for a test in practice.

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-05-30 08:28:00
Panasonic Lumix DC-GX850 review : Early 2017, Panasonic released its newest and cheapest system camera. The Panasonic Lumix DC-GX850 (GX800 in Europe, GF9 in Japan) is a camera with interchangeable lens for novice photographers. Despite the friendly price, the GX850 features many photo and video features from the more expensive Panasonic models, including 4K video, 4K photo, Post Focus, Focus Stacking and a 4K-selfie mode. In addition, the Lumix GX850 features a 16 megapixel Live Mos sensor without Low-pass filter, a contrast autofocus system with 49 focus points, a 3-inch tilting touchscreen display and WiFi functionality. We have received a Panasonic Lumix DC GX850 review copy, in combination with the Lumix G 12-32mm f/3.5-5.6 kitlens. In this review you will read more about our experiences with the GX850, followed by some test photos and sample videos.

Canon EOS M6 review

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-05-23 09:25:00
Canon M6 system camera review : Three months ago, Canon introduced its new system camera, the EOS M6. The new digital camera looks a lot like the EOS M5, which was named by many as "the first serious Canon system camera". Contrary to what the name suggests, the Canon M6 is placed just below the M5. The biggest difference is the lack of an electronic viewfinder. The 24-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, the Digic 7 image processor and the Dual Pixel AF system are all taken from the M5. We received a Canon EOS M6 review copy and tested this mirrorless camera with the EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM kit lens. Below you'll find a series of test photos and videos taken with the EOS M6.
