Nikon 1 J6 system camera

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-03-04 17:45:00
Nikon 1 J6 mirrorless camera : Wake up Nikon, it´s your birthday! How come we didn´t see any new cameras from Nikon at CES or CP+? Rumors keep coming on new models, and many of Nikon's cameras have reached the two-year cycle term. Some of the expected models include the D7300 and the D760 DSLR cameras. But there are also clear indications that the Nikon 1 J5 will have a successor soon. It is expected that Nikon will replace it with the 1 J6. Nikon's new mirrorless system camera will not undergo any major changes. The 1-inch image sensor with 20,8 megapixels was new on the 1 J5. We expect the sensor to stay the same on the 1 J6. Also the tilting touchscreen display will remain the same, it’s a 3" display with 1,037,000 pixels.

Nikon D760 semi-professional camera : The Nikon D760 is coming! The successor to the more than two year old D750, a popular FX-format SLR camera that offers a mix of compactness, versatility and speed. And above all, this camera offers a great image quality and impressive specifications, including a weatherproof housing, a 24,3MP full frame sensor, an ISO range of ISO 50-51200, a fast and accurate 51-point AF system, a 3.2-inch tilting screen with 1.229 million pixels, 6,5fps continuous shooting, Full HD 60p video and built-in WiFi. So that being said, what do we know about the D760 and its new features?

Nikon D7300 mid-range DSLR camera

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-03-02 18:55:00
DX-format Nikon D7300 camera : Exactly two years ago Nikon introduced the D7200, a digital SLR camera for the semi-professional photographer. The D7200 features a 24.2 megapixel DX-format image sensor. DX-format is equivalent to an APS-C image sensor, and is used by Nikon for its entry-level and midrange SLR cameras. Professional cameras are equipped with an FX-sensor, a full frame sensor. According to the latest rumors, we may soon welcome the D7300, as the successor to the D7200. The Nikon D7300 seems to lean more towards the D500, its big brother and Nikon's most advanced FX-camera. Presumably, the Nikon D7300 will feature the same 20.9 MP sensor as the D500.

Nikon reports to stop manufacturing premium cameras

Mark Peters : 2017-02-13 23:38:00
Nikon cancels production of premium compact cameras : Nikon Corporation announced today that sales of the long-awaited DL series of premium compact camera, the Nikon DL18-50 f/1.8-2.8, Nikon DL24-85 f/1.8-2.8, and Nikon Nikon DL24-500 f/2.8-5.6, will be canceled. A June, 2016 release was originally planned for the DL camera series. However, with the identification of issues with the integrated circuit for image processing, release of the three Premium compact cameras was delayed indeterminately. Since then, everyone involved has worked very hard to develop products with which our customers will be satisfied. It has been decided that sales of the DL series will be canceled due to concerns regarding their profitability considering the increase in development costs, and the drop in the number of expected sales due to the slow-down of the market.

Ilse Jurriën : 2017-02-08 22:10:00
Nikon KeyMission 360 review : Action cameras have become increasingly popular in recent years. Nikon plays in handy with her comprehensive expertise in the field of digital photography. The Nikon KeyMission 360 can record 360 degrees videos in an incredible 4K Ultra HD resolution with a frame rate of 24 fps. The Nikon KeyMission 360 wearable camera is extremely compact (65x60x61mm) and light weighted (198g.) and is easy to place on a tripod, camera or helmet. This way the camera can record all what you see and more. The KeyMission 360 is equipped with two Nikkor ultra wide angle lenses, of which one is positioned at the front of the camera and one at the rear. These recordings are combined to form a 360 degree video.
