Mark Peters : 2014-03-18 08:05:00
Capture Professional quality movies with the Nikon V3 : The Nikon 1 V3 system camera is ideal when you want to pack light, move fast, and film discreetly. Its hybrid autofocus system with quick and accurate phase-detection autofocus ensures smooth video action with precision subject tracking. You can hit the record button to start filming instantly, or take manual control over exposure and ISO settings, and electronic VR (E-VR) ensures blur-free footage for HD movies shot at 1080/30p or 720/30p. You can achieve breathtaking dramatic effects with Slow Motion, a function that plays back a 3 second, 120 fps HD movie clip over 12 seconds, and new creative movie modes making their debut in the Nikon 1 V3 include Fast Motion, Jump Cut, and 4-Second Movie.

Nikon D4S video function

Mark Peters : 2014-03-01 17:15:00
Nikon D4S video functions : For moviemaking in diverse conditions, the new Nikon D4S D-SLR camera offers broadcast-quality video in multiple frame formats and boasts a range of operational enhancements that allow more control over footage while filming and improve sound recording. D-movies are now possible at 50p/60p, and photographers can set sensitivity and select maximum ISO in M mode, plus select the sensor crop format, control power aperture, and fix shutter speed. In addition, Nikon’s 3D noise reduction reduces random noise and noise flicker when filming at high sensitivities. As with the D4, the D4S offers three sensor crop formats, FX, DX, and native crop (approximately 2.7x), and uncompressed full-resolution HDMI output to external electronic devices.
