Samsung Galaxy S4 mini review at LetsGoMobile : For the smartphone fans that found the Galaxy S4 too big or too expensive, Samsung has introduced a mini version. The Galaxy S4 mini runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The Galaxy S4 mini has a 1.7 GHz Dual-core processor under its hood, as well as an 8 MP camera with a Power LED flash. In terms of specifications, the mini version is not really going backwards, but of course, the S4 mini will have to make more concessions than just the format.
