Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus

Cheap Android smartphone from Samsung : Halfway through 2012 Samsung launched the Galaxy Pocket. A cheap smartphone with a touchscreen display and the Android operating system. This makes it an ideal smartphone for youngsters who do not want to spend too much money on their phone, while still being able to download apps. The Samsung Galaxy Pocket runs on the Android 2.3 OS, this is a somewhat outdated version that has not been upgraded in the meantime. But here comes the good news, Samsung seems to work hard on its successor; the Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus. This new smartphone will again carry a very low price tag, while being equipped with the newer Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.


Samsung Galaxy S3 Dual SIM

Samsung Galaxy S3 Dual SIM leaked in China : The Galaxy Note 2 Dual SIM is already officially announced in China. But it seems that Samsung is also developing a Dual SIM version of the popular Galaxy S3 smartphone in China. The smartphone market in China is characterized by relatively many Dual SIM phones, compared to the number of Dual SIM smartphone we may welcome here in the west part of the world. In the middle of this year Samsung introduced the Galaxy S Duos, apart from that there are no Galaxy smartphone devices in the US and Europe with Dual SIM functionality. It is therefore doubtful that the Samsung Galaxy S3 Dual SIM will ever become available in the west.


HTC Deluxe DLX

HTC Deluxe DLX photos leaked : Earlier this month HTC introduced the Droid DNA for the US market, also known as the J Butterfly in Japan. In Europe the smartphone will most likely be revealed under the name HTC Deluxe, as we reported last week. The latest information tells us that the full name of the new smartphone will be HTC Deluxe DLX. Time after time HTC seems to leak a little more information on its new smartphone, now some press photos have leaked again. This time they are of such a lifestyle quality that it is virtually impossible to be Photoshop photos. The sleek design tells us not much more extra on the specifications of the HTC Deluxe DLX.

New Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone coming up : Since various reports appeared in Korea end of October, rumors concerning a new flagship device from Samsung have only increased. Time to take a closer look at the Galaxy S4 specifications. Like the other Galaxy smartphones, the Samsung S4 will run on the Android operating system, in combination with the Samsung Touchwiz user interface. For a smooth operation, the Galaxy S4 will be equipped with a quad-core 2Ghz Cortex A15 processor. It is expected that the display will also be upgraded, in terms of size and resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S4 will likely feature a 5-inch Super AMOLED display, with 1080p HD resolution.


HTC Deluxe

HTC Deluxe Android smartphone : Earlier this week HTC introduced the Droid DNA, a high-end smartphone running on the Android operating system and available exclusively through US carrier Verizon Wireless, later this month. Beginning of this week it was still unknown whether HTC will introduce a European version of this advanced smartphone. According to the latest rumors, the European version of the HTC Droid DNA will be announced within a very short time, under the name HTC Deluxe. Many of the specifications will be the same, the HTC Deluxe will incorporate a huge 5-inch display with Full HD resolution and boosts a quad-core processor for unparalleled performance.

Nikon D5200 SLR camera : For some time there is talk about a new digital single-lens reflex camera from Nikon. Tomorrow morning is the official release date for the Nikon D5200. The new SLR camera will succeed the D5100 and is equipped with a sensitive CMOS sensor with no less than 24 megapixels, an Expeed 3 image processor and a large ISO range of 100-6400, expandable to 25,600. In addition, we expect the D5200 to offer a 5fps continuous shooting mode. Besides making detailed photographs the camera will feature a Full HD video function to record clear, smooth film clips.
