iPhone 5 release date

Ilse Jurriën : 2012-07-31 12:15:00
iPhone 5 release date announced : It seems that the release date for the new iPhone 5 has finally been determined. The first copies of the new Apple iPhone 5 will probably hit the shelves from the end of September. The official launch of the iPhone 5 is planned on Wednesday September 12th. Unlike previous years, we count only 11 months between the introduction of the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5, normally there is at least a full year in between. Perhaps Apple is counting on a good last quarter, by introducing the new iPhone 5 well ahead of the busy Christmas month. The company already experienced a decrease of iPhone sales during the last quarter, to a large extent caused by the rumors about the new iPhone 5.

Terry Gou urges consumers to postpone the purchase of the Galaxy S3, because the new iPhone 5 will bring the latest Samsung smartphone to shame. The Taiwanese company Foxconn has a strong ambition to work together with Apple and to beat Samsung within the upcoming three to five years. Terry Gou has few good words about the Korean Samsung.
